Applying super premium quality 100% Exterior Acrylic (Asian / ICI /Berger / Nippon / Nerolac) emulsion : (Fresh work including complete scraping / surface preparation, as appropriate base (primer) coat and top two or more coats). Applying exterior paint of approved colour, make, brand and surface coverage of painting as per the manufacturer specification. The exterior paint shall be applied over dry surface after complete scraping and removal of all loose or defective paint or powdery residue using mechanical methods with Zero dust vaccum technology followed with High pressure Jet washing and sealing the surface with necessary exterior base coat or primer before application of top coat of exterior paint. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of charges towards all labour, material, transport, scaffolding, safety arrangements, Personal Protective Equipments (PPE), tools and plants etc but excluding the cost of waterproofing, attending to leakages and major civil repair works if any. The Paint manufacturer shall inspect the work in every stage, submit inspection / field test report, certify the product / application and give 10 year Guarantee.

Resurfacing the existing tennis courts at IITM ( 3 courts) by laying two layers of acrylic based coating with aggregates manufactured by M/s Rebound Ace Pro International or equivalent product with ITF certification as approved by IITM. The rate inclusive of surface preparation, attending the rust affected area ( dark spot in the existing court at various location and about an inch in diameter ) by digging / removing the existing surface as per the site condition to expose the aggregate /metal piece in the subbase including removal of the asphalt seal coat . The cut surface should be resurfaced with a thick slurry ( used for patch work ) of asphalt acrylic resurface / sand / cement mix and the surface to be patched in one or layers to match the level of the existing surface (the applicator can suggest alternate treatment for the same and the rate quoted should inclusive of the suggested treatment. IITM has the right to accept or reject the treatment suggested by the applicator and the above treatment method to be submitted along with the technical bid). Resurfacing of acrylic coating with aggregate consists- First layer / base layer over the repaired surface with acrylic filler / colour base consisting Neutral filler concentrate mixed with base colour (Quantity required not less than 580 liters of neutral filler, and colour 120 liters) . The second / finishing surface layer made using acrylic resin of Rebound Ultra Top colour of M/s Rebound Pro Ace International premixed or or equivalent product approved by International Tennis Federation as per the manufactures specification using the colour concentrates and silica manufactured by M/s Rebound or or equivalent product approved by International Tennis Federation.(Ultra top royal blue to be used for court area ( inside the lines ) and quantity of acrylic coating required shall not be less than 320 liters, Synpave grass green ( outside the lines ) consumption not less than 540 liters ). The lane marking to be done as per ITF requirement using appropriate paint manufactured by M/s Rebound Ac pro International or equivalent. The finished surface should confirm to the classification - Category 3 - Medium and necessary certificate to prove the same to be submitted by the contractor. A combined guarantee for material and application for an amount of 10% of the value of the above work has to be submitted by the contractor in the form of bank guarantee valid for a period of 5 years. If no defects were found, 50% of the bank guarantee will be released after 2.5 years from the date of completion of work. The balance 2.5% will be released after satisfactory completion of the warranty period (i.e 5 Years). The contractor also submit a joint warranty certificate for the application and material from the material supplier M/s Rebound Ace Pro International or equivalent product approved by International Tennis Federation after completing the work.
