Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Hiwall-Mounted Chilled Water Fan Coil Unit (FCU), 2 TR Capacity. Supply and fixing of Hiwall-mounted chilled water fan coil unit (FCU) of 2 TR capacity, including all required accessories and works for proper installation and operation. The unit shall include the following features and specifications: i. Cooling Coil: Constructed with copper tubes and aluminium fins, factory-tested for performance and durability. ii. Casing: High-grade powder-coated metal or ABS plastic body with anti-corrosive treatment. iii. Air Flow: Designed for wall-mounted applications with low-noise, high-efficiency operation. iv. Control: Compatible with manual thermostats or Building Management System (BMS), as applicable. v. Drainage: Integrated condensate drain tray with outlet provision for proper drainage. vi. Mounting: Wall-mounted using appropriate brackets/supports and vibration isolators. vii. Connections: a. Water Inlet/Outlet: Suitable for integration with existing chilled water piping network. b. Electrical: 230V, 50Hz single-phase power supply for fan motor. viii. Accessories: Washable air filters, flexible hose connections, and all necessary mounting hardware. ix. Testing & Commissioning: Includes pressure testing of the coil, water flow balancing, and functional testing to validate cooling performance. All materials and workmanship shall conform to standard specifications and CPWD-approved makes. The scope includes complete installation, including required fittings and supports, and commissioning of the system as per site conditions.

Supply and Fixing of Copper Pipe from Existing MS Pipe to Indoor Unit (Approx. 16 Mtr, 5/8" – 2 Runs per IDU) including all necessary fittings such as bends, couplings, reducers, elbows, unions, clamps, supports, and hangers, etc., complete as per standard specification. (CPWD-approved makes)

Supply and Fixing of Solenoid Valve with Accessories, etc., complete as per standard specification. (Solenoid valve suitable for HVAC applications with coil voltage as per site specifications (230V AC/24V DC)) (CPWD-approved makes)
