The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least one "Building" work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs. 342 lakhs, which includes the GST amount in a single agreement. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two Building works of similar nature with a value not less than Rs. 171 lakhs each, which includes the GST amount, in two agreements. The similar nature of work should be 50% of the proposed contract value for a single work, or 25% of the proposed contract value for two works. The value of single work executed shall be brought at current price level with a cumulative weightage at a rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should have been in the same name and style in the civil Engineering/Thiruppani Works Construction field for at least the past five years. The annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs. 1026 lakhs per year in any one of the preceding five years.
