The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Two B.E., (Civil) or Equivalent Degree in Civil with 5 years experience. - Plus three Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience. - Alternatively, two retired Assistant Engineer /Junior Engineers in PWD with relevant experience. - Another option is two retired Assistant Executive Engineer in PWD plus three Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience. - Additionally, two retired Assistant Executive Engineer in PWD Plus three retired Assistant Engineer /Junior Engineers in PWD. The bidder should have completed at least 50% of the work value in similar works. Details of previous work done by the Tenderers covering the cost of the work should be furnished. The contract requirements specify the time of beginning work, the rate of progress, and the dates for the completion of the whole work and its several parts, with the following percentages of work to be completed at different stages: - 15% of the work should be completed in the first 2 months - 20% of the work should be completed in the next 2 months - 20% of the work should be completed in the next 2 months - 20% of the work should be completed in the next 2 months - 15% of the work should be completed in the next 2 months - 10% of the work should be completed in the last 2 months The value of contract is categorized as: - Above Rs.100.00 lakhs and upto Rs.500.00 lakhs. - Rs. 1 lakh and upto Rs. 3 Lakhs. - Above Rs. 3 Lakhs and upto Rs. 10 lakhs. - Above Rs. 10 Lakhs and upto Rs. 50 lakhs.
