Design, Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning and Handing over of New Improved capacity of the Second Winch System including Man Power, Civil Foundation works, Scaffolding arrangements and Minor Works. Scope of work: Dismantling the existing arrangements, Winch coach erection, Civil foundation for Motor, Gearbox & Main Drum Shaft and other necessary accessories. Both Upper and Lower winch station platform extension civil works as required by the site condition to suit the new bogies boarding/deboarding.

The Work should be guaranteed for One year. After the guarantee period, Four AMC visits should be done within the next one year and also should attend the breakdown visit (Minor or Major) if necessary.
