The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the value of the contract. For contracts valued between Rs.10.00 lakh to Rs.25.00 lakhs, the bidder should have: - One B.E. (Civil) with 3 years experience and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, - Equivalent degree holder with 3 years experience and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, - One retired AEE / ADE and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, - Two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with 3 and 5 years experience respectively. For contracts valued between Rs.25.00 lakh to Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have: - One B.E. (Civil) with 3 years experience and Two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering, - One B.E. (Civil) with 3 years experience and Two retired Junior Engineers, - Equivalent degree holder with 3 years experience and Two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering / Two retired Junior Engineers, - One retired AEE or ADE and Two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering, - One retired AEE or ADE and Two retired Junior Engineers. For contracts valued above Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have: - Three B.E. (Civil) with 3 years experience and Two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 5% to 15% of the estimated value of the work. - If the tender amount is less than 5% to 15% of the estimated value, the bidder shall pay an additional security amount of 2% of the estimated value. - If the tender amount exceeds 15% to 20% of the estimated value, the bidder shall pay an additional deposit of 50% of the difference between the quoted amount and the estimated amount. Additionally, the bidder should provide a list of details of works executed by them with their value (year-wise), a list of details of works under execution by them with their value, and their annual turnover for the last one year. The bidder should also present satisfactory evidence that they have been regularly engaged in constructing such works as they propose to execute, and that they are fully prepared with the necessary capital, machinery, and materials to begin the work promptly and to conduct it as required.
