The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least one "Building" work of similar nature with a value of at least 50% of the proposed contract value, which is not less than Rs 485.00 lakhs, in a single agreement with a Government or Quasi-Government organization in the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two building works of similar nature with a value of at least 25% of the proposed contract value, with each work valued at not less than Rs 243.00 lakhs, in two agreements with a Government or Quasi-Government organization in the preceding five years. The bidder should also have specific technical personnel, depending on the contract value, such as: - For contracts above Rs.1,00,000/- and upto Rs.5.00 lakhs, one diploma holder in Civil Engineering or not less than one retired junior engineer. - For contracts above Rs.5.00 lakhs and upto Rs.10.00 lakhs, one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent degree holder, or not less than one retired sub Divisional officer AEE/ADE, or one diploma holder with three years experience. - For contracts above Rs.10.00 lakhs and upto Rs.25.00 lakhs, one B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus one diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree holder with 3 years experience plus one diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or not less than one retired Sub-Divisional officer plus one diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or two diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years and 5 years experience respectively. - For contracts above Rs.25.00 lakhs and upto Rs.50.00 lakhs, one B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering, or one B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two retired junior engineers, or equivalent degree holder with 3 years experience plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering/two retired junior engineers, or one retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering, or one retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus two retired junior engineers. - For contracts above Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have, in addition to the technical personnel proposed for values above Rs.25.00 lakhs, personnel with upto three years experience. The value of similar works completed should be more than Rs. 325.00 lakhs under a single agreement or more than Rs. 162.50 lakhs in two works (each). The percentage of similar works completed is at least 50% of the proposed contract value for a single work, and at least 25% of the proposed contract value for each of two works. The value of single work executed shall be brought to the current price level with a cumulative weightage at a rate of 10% per annum.
