The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Completion of similar works of similar nature and magnitude in India during the last "Five" years. * No abandonment of any work/works of similar nature and magnitude in India during the last "Five" years. * No debarment/expulsion by any agency during the last "Five" years. * No failure to complete any contract work during the past "Five" years. Value and percentage of similar works completed: * At least one "Building" work with a value of not less than RS.426.00 LAKH (RUPEES FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX LAKH ONLY), which includes the Goods & Services Tax (GST) amount, under a "Single agreement" in any one of the preceding "Five" years, with a value of at least 50% of the proposed contract value. * Alternatively, at least two Building works with a value of not less than RS.213.00 LAKH (RUPEES TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN LAKH ONLY) each, which includes the Goods & Services Tax (GST) amount, in two agreements of similar nature, in any one of the preceding "Five" years, with a value of at least 25% of the proposed contract value each.
