Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak koists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at above 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete mix M-20 grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m³ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc, complete complying with standard specification (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Foundation and Basement

For Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed to steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. Binding wire in all floors etc. Complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in Cement Mortar using 2nd class ground moulded chamber bricks of size 9"x4 3/8" x 2 3/4" for including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

For Foundation and Basement in Cm 1:5

For Ground floor in Cm 1:5

For First floor in Cm 1:6

Brick partition wall of 10.80 cm Thickness using country bricks of size 8 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 3/4" in Cement Motor 1:3, using hoop iron Reinforcement including cost and conveyance charges of all materials to site and including labor charges and incidental charges etc, complete complying with standard specification.

For Ground floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M-sand), 12mm thick with Plasticizer in all floors including curing finishing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Special plastering for R.C.C. slab beam and sunshades with Cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyence of all materials and labour charges, curing, hacking, cement mortar nosing wherever necessary finishing etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with approved exterior emulsion paint over the cement plastered wall surface ceiling, and side wall above windows including cost and conveyance charges of all materials to site and including labor charges and incidental charges over priming coat etc, complete complying with standard speicfication.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments at 0.30kg/m² including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and fixing of rolling shutter shall be pull and push type made of 18/Gx3" lath sections which consist of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover, these five main parts are made out of special componenets detailed below: curtains shall be of 18/Gx3" lath section cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron / MS clips, for 8'0" (2.45m)high rolling shutter lath sections provided shall be not less than 37numbers. lock plate shall be of 10GMS sheet reinforced with 40mm x 6mm MS angles at the bottom and fitted with heavy latches and locking arrangements on either sides. there should be one handle on either sides. guide channel pressed guide channels shall be 10GMS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be of 10 G MS plate and cast iron U clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty C clas 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. 2 springs shall be supplied. side brackets shall be of 10 G Ms plate and cast iron U clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets, roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty C class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs- 2 springs shall be supplied. Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrated etc, with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing zinc chromate yellow primer in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. (The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

(22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with module GI switch box in flush with wall with 6A 1way module Switch with module front plate and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC light point/fan point (for electronice regulator) (5 points/coil) Higher end.

Supply and fixing of 4'20W LED battern on wall or ceiling or existing duct with TW round blocks with copper leads from fitttings to Terminals

Supply and laying of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and clamping of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured Alu cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2 x 25 sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.

Supply erection testing and commissioning of dust and vermin proof horizontal type metering cubical panel made up of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with supply and fixing of the following 4 pole and 2 pole ELCB/RCCB with horizontal husbar chamber, cable chambers and provisions for fixing TNEB meters. 1. 40A DP ELCB/RCCB- 10 Nos. 2. Meter view glass - 10 Nos the busbar chamber shall consist of 4 Nos 25mm x 3mm copper flat for three phases and neutral. The 10 sqmm copper wire for interconnection between buese to 2 No 3 phase meter and 9 nos single phase meters to 4P and DP ELCBs respectively. The copper flat buses shall be mounted on SMC busbar insulator at proper and sufficient interval as per IE rules. The busbar chamber shall be segregated from the adjacent chamber. The heat shrinkable sleeves shall be provided for busbar with colour code. The 25mm x 3mm copper flat for earth bus shall be provided all round the panel and 10 sqmm copper wire for double earth connection for all outgoing meters. The panel shall have powder coated painting of approved colours. The danger board shall be fixed at front of panel board. The panel shall be mounter on MS base channel provided all round at the bottom of the panel. The whole arrangements shall be erected on a masonary pedestal to be constructed with suitable foundation. The lowest metering chamber shall be a height of 0.75m from the ground level. (note: ELCBs/RCCBs shall be of L&T/siemens make)

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run of 1 of No. 8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall/floor/ground for earth connection.
