Paving with cut stone flooring using cut stone of size600x600mm and 100mm thick and all the sides are machine cutting, top surface is neatly dressed and pointing with lime mortar 1:1.5 including all materials and labour charges.

Painting two coats over new wood works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Painting with multicolour (panchavarnam) good emulsion paints complete for the vimanams/gopurams,including cost and conveyance of all materials , labours charges including artist painter, working in heights, lifting of materials,cost of brushes etc,

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Refilling with excavated earth other than crushed stone sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification

Filling with foundation and basement with M sand in 15cm. Thick layers well rammed & consolidated, including watering, complying with std.specification etc complete.

Brick work in Lime mortar 1:2 mix using country bricks of size 83/4" x 41/4" x 23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc complete complying with standard specifiction. (The lime should be sourced from pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry.)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS 456:2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all rcc works with minimumm cement content 325Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommanded proportions as per IS 9103 to acclerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability with out i paring strength and durability with about (5 cum) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cum) 5156 Kg of 10 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabrication charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in RCC floor/ roof slabs wherver necessary without claming extra complete complying std specification and also directed by departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with requirements of IS standards(No Seperate payment will be made by the department for excess usage of materilas).

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
