The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience in executing similar works with a B.Tech (Civil) Sthapathy degree. - Site Engineers: 5 years of experience with a B.Tech Degree in Sthapathy. The bidder should have completed works worth RS. 438.19 LAKH under two agreements in any one of the preceding five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least one work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs. 328.56 Lakh (50% of the proposed contract) in a single agreement in any one of the preceding 5 years. Or, the bidder should have completed two works of similar nature with a value not less than Rs. 164.28 Lakhs (25% of each work of the proposed contract value) in any one of the preceding 5 years. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should not be less than 150% of the tender value in any one of the preceding "Five Years". The bidder should also have been in the same name and style in the Sthapathy Construction field for at least the past five years.
