Earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils to depth as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting, with initial lead and lift and re-filling the sides of foundation, with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated, including depositing surplus earth clearing and levelling the site, shoring shuttering baling out water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling in foundation , base ment etc with filling M-sand layers of not more that 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak koists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at above 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete as complying with standard specification and all as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Foundation and basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Special plastering for R.C.C. slab beam and sunshades with Cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyence of all materials and labour charges, curing, hacking, cement mortar nosing wherever necessary finishing curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with best quality approved exterior emulsion paint over the cement platered wall surfaces , ceiling and other new surface over one priming coat including preparing the surface , curing in all floors including brushes etc complete all as specified complying with standard specification (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill gate including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position, welding, grinding including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrade, grill gate etc, with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing zinc chromite yellow primer in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. (The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Cleaning the cut stone surfaces by water wash such as wall stones, pillar, pothiyal, uthiram, flooring, tank step stones and pavukkal from white wash/colour/ wash painting including cost of necessary soap/ brushes labour charges for cleaning using water jet air gun and removing dire by wire brushes etc.,all complete as directed by the department others.

Pointing the Cut Stone mansonary work with Lime mortar 1:1.5 20mm thick including cost of special tiles such as brush watering, curing etc compelete as per standard specification The lime used should be highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works etc complete complying with standard specification

Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure unslaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 (by volume) for required depth for giving required slope and thickness of roof on required, well beatten with wooden beater and constantly wet with lime Jaggery galnut water etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm of approved quality laid in lime mortar 1:3 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of lime used and pointing the same mortar with red oxide etc complete complying with standard specification.

Randam Rubble mansonry work in lime mortar 1:2 Using selected stones and bond stones in foundation and basement including dewatering whereever necessary proper settting, curing with simultaneous pointing etc complete complying with standard specification.

Refixing of old cut stone for temple tank as per the numbering order steps and pointing with lime mortor 1:1.5 including curing, finishing,etc complete complying with standard specification.

Labour charges for fixing cut stone of step stone slab for temple tank excluding cost and conveyance of stone from quarry but including all labour charges for tools and plants for dressing charcoal scaffolding charges handling charges hoisting and fixing in position and pointing with lime mortar 1:1.5 as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of new stones for temple tank step stone slab to the required length and width and thickness etc, including cost and conveyance of materials loading, unloading, numbering and stacking etc, all complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortar in 1:5 using third class kiln burnt country bicks of lime 8 3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. Foundation and basement.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including finishing curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and all as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and paving the paver block flooring using Rubber mould paver block of 80 mm thick with required colour and standard size over the sand filling, including laying compacting with power machine loading transportation and using colour pigments of paver blocks, including cost and of all materials, machineries charges, labour etc, complete with standard specification.
