Providing and laying position, Standardised concrete mi M-30 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 4000 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of M-sand ,but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors, finishing, curing, etc, complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Painting two coat with approved water based exterior / interior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface including brushes etc., complete as per specification.

Painting new iron works such as gate, steel doors windows ventilators with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc, complete complying with standard specifications, including one coat zinc chromite primer over the existing priming coat

Varnishing the new wood work with two coats of Varnish of good quality and color over one coat of primer over new wood work include costs of all materials, brushes charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Clean removal of old paint from the surface of wooden door and Painting old wood work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and color over one coat of white primer in all floors the rates is to include cost of all materials, brushes scaffolding charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications.
