Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One part of cement five part of M-sand and ten part of HBG jelly) for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water where ever necessary ramming curing and as directed by the Dept, Officers ete complete as per Std, Specification and as directed by the dept ,officers.

Providing and laying position, Standardised concrete mi M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rec items of works with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, inculding admiture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of M-sand, but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors, finishing, curing, etc, complete complying with standred specification and as directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

For foundation and basement

Ground floor

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals et complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Foundation and basement

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 em dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Brick masonry Cement Mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) using Second class ground moulded Chamber Burnt bricks size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" including all varivargams, moulds, sthambams, mukapathrams, koodu, nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams, agarais, karnakoodus, etc., forming core walls of Rajagopuram/ Vimanams complete including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc., complete 100 cft for vimanam/gopuram Kalkaram Upto 15'0" for Sannathi

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams/Gopurams, with Cement Mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Cement Mortarl:4and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area. Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600 x 600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and labour charges for paving and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and three part of sand) etc all complete complying with standard specification. Painting two coat with approved water based exterior emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface, curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete compyling as per standard specification.

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings and other superficial area complete with standard specification

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying & fixing Teak wood temple type door including all materials, labour charges for manufacturing and fixing in position including all furniture fittings etc complete with std. Specifications Considering door size 1.44m x 2.50m 3.60sqm

Varnishing the new wood work with two coats of Varnish of good quality and color over one coat of primer over new wood work include costs of all materials, brushes charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill gate for windows, ventilators, etc., including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.
