Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak koists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at above 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete as complying with standard specification and all as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in cement mortar in 1:5 using second class ground moulded chamber bricks of size 9 x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. Foundation and basement and super structure.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including finishing curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and all as directed by the departmental officers.

Special plastering for R.C.C. slab beam and sunshades with Cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyence of all materials and labour charges, curing, hacking, cement mortar nosing wherever necessary finishing curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing new Sudhai vigrahams in the Vimanams and Rajagopurams with copper rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in CM 1:4 with 20% cement finishing the same with CM 1:4 with 20% cement bringing to the correct shape (Laskshana) in conformfit with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, wiapons, peedam etc,. complete and providing Combination mortar Nayam theervai wherver necessary. Inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, such as cement broken bricks, and copper rods binding wire all labour for working in heights, curing lifting of materials etc., complete including cement painting 2 coats over a primary coat (one vigraham is accountable with one head, 4 hands with weapons, ornamental costumes etc., as per pathima lashans, Vigraham height is measurable from the crown top to bottom of foot only if peetam is pt/provided the rate with peetam may be adopted as detailed hereunder. complete all as specified and directed by the Executive Engineer.

Sudhai of size 2'6"-3'6"

Providing Vargopoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams/Gopurams, with cement mortar 1:4 complete including shapping the mukhapathram, muhanasi, koodu all ornamental works to proper shape by embdding broken bricks of shaped/chiselled bricks, rough-plastering with cement mortar 1:4 and finishing withfinal ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lifting of all materials, to all working heights, curing etc, complete including extra for Scaffolding and including clearing from the Vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial for area.

Painting two coats with best quality approved exterior emulsion paint over the cement platered wall surfaces , ceiling and other new surface over one priming coat including preparing the surface , curing in all floors including brushes etc complete all as specified complying with standard specification (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulsion paints complete for the Vimanams/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of materials, cost of brushes etc, complete which including all extra for foldings.

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill gate, grills for doors and windows welding, grinding and including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrade, grill gate etc, with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing zinc chromite yellow primer in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. (The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying new stones of good quality of granite stones of required size and shape for pavukkal for artha mandapam and karuvarai including cost and conveyance etc, all complete as directed by the departmental officers

Dressing and fixing charges for new stones for missing and damaged portions of two leaf wall and parapet wall portions including labour etc, complete without any hinderance and damages to cut stone as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for old stone removing: chitranvanam, padma Jagati, Adhistanam, Kandam, Pattiyal, Jagati, Kumudagam, Aswapadam, Sthamaba, Sthambam, Kalasam, Thadi, Kudam, Palagai, Veerakandam, bodhiyal, uthiram, Kambu, Eludham, Kabothagam, Viyalam, Koodu, Ull vari, pavukkal. Thun, Nilaikal, bodhiyal thani, uthiram. etc, as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for fixing the old cut stone inner and outer veneering wall excluding cost and conveyance of stone from quarry but including all labour charges for tools and plants for dressing charcoal scaffolding charges handling charges hoisting and fixing in position etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Pointing the cut stone joints with cement mortor 1:3 20mm deep using red and yellow oxide and including cost of special tools such brush and watering, curing etc, complete, as per standard specifications. The lime used should be highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Supplying and filling with gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel and all labour charges for filling ramming etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Light jungle clearance of vegetaion alround the tank as directed by the departmental officers.
