Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 350 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Providing vargapoochu over the core walls of vimanam/gopuram with cm 1:4 complete including shaping the mukhapathram ,mahanasi ,koodu all ornamental works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks or shaped /chiselled bricks,rough plastering with cm 1:4and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervai including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour therefore,lifting of materials,all working in heights,curing with water etc., complete including all extra for folding and including clearing the debris from the vimanams/ Gopurams-100sq.ft superficial area.

KALKARAM OF VIMANAM/GOPURAM SHAPING OF VARGAMS

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with cut stone block size upto 5feet length not less than100mm thick and similar varities with machine cut edges fixing the slabs with required and pointing with combination mortar 1:1:5/ Cement mortar 1:3/ Lime mortar 1:1:5 etc.,complete The cut stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel Grills for windows and ventilators etc., including the cost of mild steel angles, plates, rods, cost of welding charges and one coat of priming coat etc., complete.(The design should be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Providing Teak wood wrought and put up for frames of doors, window and ventilators and any other similar joinery works including cost of teak wood scantlings of size over 2m and below 3m in length and labour for manufacturing the frames and fixing hold fasts and fixing in position etc for all lengths as per architect designs.

Supply and fixing Teak wood temple type door including all materials labour charges for manufacturing and fixing in position including all fittings etc., complete with Std specification.(as per sketch)

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed water based emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based emulsion paint complete for the Vimanams and Gopuram including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour charges including Artist painter, working in height , lifting of material,cost of brushers etc, complete which including all extra for folding-100sft super ficial.areat.

Vimanam/Gopuram upto 15'-0" height Excluding kalkaram

Providing new sudhai vigraham in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with Galvanished iron rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary shaping the core with broken bricks in C,M.1:3 finishing the same with C.M.1:3, bringing to the correct shape(Lakshana)in conformity with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments,Weapons, peedam etc., compete and providingC.M. Nayam theervai where ever necessary, inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, such as cement broken bricks, sand G.I. rods,Binding wire, all albour for working in height, curing lifting of materials etc..,complete incuding cement painting 2coats over a primary coat (One vigraham is accountable with one head ,4hands with weapons, ornamental costumes etc..as per prathima lakshana, vaaigraham height is measurable from the crown top to the bottom of foot only. If peetam is provided the rate with peetam may be adopted as detailed hereunder).
