Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatiory signs (without definitionboard) made out of high intensity Prismatic grade sheeting confirming to Type IV standards of IRC 67-2012 and ASTM D 4956-09 , specification and fixed over 2mm thick alumininum sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm X 25mm X 3mm mild steel angle and supportred on mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75mm X6mm with a clear height not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level.The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly desigmed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45mm X 45mm X 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge.High intensity Retro-Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of retro-Reflction as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012.The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012 (as per MORTH specification no 801) 90 cm equilateral triangle

Providing and erecting W metal beam crash barrier: Providing and ercting W metal beam Single sided Double guard crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 1.05m high, 0.35m below ground/road level, all steel parts and filments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings confirm to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5mm, 330mm long complete as per clause 810. Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorized Overhead Cantilever Informatory sign made of cube comer Micro Prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of IRC67 - 2012 and ASTMD4956 - 09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet fixed on back supporting frame mild steel L angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm. The Vertical support post for the installation of overhead sign Gantry shall be made of 300NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 12mm thick with a ground clearance of 6 meters along with 80NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 4mm thick and 40NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 3.20mm thick support posts. MS Base plate of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 25mm and MS Top plate of size 900mm x 1650mm x 16mm to be used to hold the sign board at the top and bottom respectively. MS Stiffener plates 8mm thick of sizes 420x420, 682x420, 288x288, 288x927 & 44xl30 are to be used. Anchor bolts of dimension 25mm dia and 1000mm length are to be used as fixtures. The approved direction information should be digitally printed and should have 70% of the co• efficient of Retro-reflection values against the values as mentioned in Table 6. 9 of IRC67 - 2012.The Latex printer used for digital printing should use inks with low VOC emissions and have green guard, eco logo certificates as per UL 2801 standards. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years Outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012 (As per MoRT&H specification No.801).Cantilever sign shall be installed at the site as per the approved structural and foundation drawing provided in the tender document and including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in charge etc., complete.) Digitally Printed Fluorescent Coloured Retro Reflectorized Sign Board using Latex Printer Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorized Sign Boards made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade Fluorescent Coloured sheeting of Type-XI standards of IRC 67-2012 and ASTM D 4956-09 specification, Digitally Printed using Latex printing for traffic colour, text and laminated with clear electro-cuttable film and applied to properly prepared sign substrates, fixed over 2mm Aluminium sheet with back supporting frame of 50x50x6mm Mild Steel 'L'angle and supported on a 150NB (Nominal Bore) pipe with 4.50mm thick with an overall height from top of the board to foundation. The sign board should be of 2.10m clear height from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 1.10m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete of size 450x450x1100mm including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge etc., complete. The Micro prismatic Fluorescent Coloured sheeting should have minimum co-efficient of Retro-reflection values as per table 6.90 of IRC 67-2012. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 Years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of 3 years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed test/ legends and their bonding to the retro-reflective sheeting (as per MorT&H specification no.801). The Latex printer used for digital printing should have inks of low VOC emissions and have green guard, eco logo certificates as per UL2801 standards.of Size-3.64m x 2.42m (HW - W0099)

Providing fixing of Median marker double sided made of polycarbonate for impact resistance and good weather ability. Polycarbonate used for molding the median marker shall have al minimum Izod impact strength value of 600 J/m at room temperature. The impact strength of the poly carbonate should not decrease to less than 70% of its initial value on being subjected to UV weathering as per ASTM G 155 for 1000 hours or exposure to 2 years of natural weathering. The body of the median marker shall be in the form of an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length 15 cm height and width of 10 x 10 cm. The median marker shall have fluorescent yellow retro reflective sheeting confirming to Tpe XI specifications as per ASTM D 4956.Area of reflective sheeting should not be less than 70 cm2 Edge of retro reflective shall be concealed using a grill/mesh/similar mechanism to prevent vandalism and sheeting pilferage. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed and painted in contrasting colour on both side of median marker for distinct identification. Rigid Median Marker (HW - W0092)
