Providing and laying, spreading and compacting grades stone aggregates to Wet Mix Madam 250mm thickness specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixeid material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of materials labour charges rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per caluse 406 of MORTH Rev- 5.

Providing and laying of Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous constructin over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery , fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM/WBM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to the another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over existing BT surface using 2.0 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to the another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Dense Btuminous Mecadam of 75-100 mm consolidated thick using 0.40 cum of 37.50-13.20mm, 0.35 cum of 13.20-2,36mm and 0.36 cum of 2.36mm and below and with 71.3 kg of VG30 (60/70) Bitumen for premix per/10sqm including cost and conveyance of all material to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix iPlant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper truck to works site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross section and compacted by vibratory roller to required density etc. including labour for attending to paver at site etc. including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller and all other incidental charges including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5 - DBM Gr II.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kg of VG30 (60/70) bitumen for premixing per/10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in centrla hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniformthickness of 40 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne power roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paverto site etc. including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

RCC Drain Work

Earth work Excavation in all classes of soil, soft disintegrated rock and except the hard rock requiring blastings and depositing on bank as per SS 20B with all leads and lifts and all incidental charges such as baling our water, shoring, strutting, walling, forming protective bunds wherever necessary, etc., complete as per relevant standard specification MORT & H Clause 304 for DRAIN

Plain Cement Concrete M15 (Nominal mix) 1:2:4 using 40 mm ISS HSG graded Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, lead for soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting,laying and curing concrete,working at depth,tools and plants and incidental charges such as bailing out water, maintaining of protective bunds,cofferdam,shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for Levelling Course of DRAIN

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG Metal materials from approved quarry to work site and coast and conveyance of cement to site but excluding the cost and fabrication of steel but including all cost and fabrication of steel but including all cost and labour charges for formwork, centering, mixing the concrete, transporting, laying, vibrating , compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, working in all depths incluidng hire running and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed as complete drain wearing as standard specification for DRAIN BASE SLAB, WALL, COVER SLAB.

Supplying and fixing in position of Precast RCC Heavy Grade MAN HOLE Cover Slab of 0.750 m Dia with outer ring including cost and fixing in position,transportation and lobours per SP-IRC : 50-1999 for fixing in the drain cover slab at 5 m interval approved by the Engineer or equivalent as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and Fabrication of Fe 500 D CRS Steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and the cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including over lapping tothe required length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in the positions as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of space bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 160mm dia PVC PIPES of required length for Side Wall including grating arrangements including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the back fill as per standard specification. (At 5m Intervals)
