Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 and in accordance with standard specifications as per MORTH Vth Rev., 111, 112, 501, 502 & 900

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 and in accordance with standard specifications as per MORTH Vth Rev., 111, 112, 501, 503 & 900

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over the existing BT surfaces treated with primer.as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No.111, 112, 503, 900.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam which work shall consist of construction, using crushed aggregates, (Table 500-10) premixed with VG 30 Grade Bitumen at the rate of minimum 4.50% by weight of the total mix confirming to the aggregates and binder as per the job mix formula in the Hot mix plant, transporiting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeld and vibratory roller in accordance with the requirements of the specification and in confirmity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer for DBM (Grade-II ) as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 505, 900

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG30) at percentage specified by job mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 501-6, 501-7 & 507 and complete in all respects and in accordance with standard specifications MORTH Vth Rev. 111, 112, 507 & 900 Grading -II

Vibrated Cement Concrete M 10 Nominal mix using 40mm ISS size hard broken granite metal and MSand including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite including cost of cement including cost and labour charges for formwork and centering mixing the concrete, transporting, laying, vibrating, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, working in all depths including hire, running and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed and in accordance with standard specification for levelling course below the body wall and MORTH Vth Rev., 1000, 1500, 1700 &2908

Vibrated Cement Concrete M 20 Nominal mix using 40mm ISS size hard broken granite metal and Sand including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite including cost of cement including cost and labour charges for formwork and centering mixing the concrete, transporting, laying, vibrating, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, working in all depths including hire, running and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed and in accordance with standard specification for body wall below Sill as per MORTH Vth Rev., 1000, 1500, 1700, 2100 & 900

Supply of 1000mm dia RCC NP3 class pipes confirming to IS 458 specification as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of pipes to the work site and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard specification.

Laying and fixing of 1000mm dia RCC NP3 pipe in position excluding cost of pipes but including conveyance to work spot and handling charges on both sides including labour charges for hoisting and placing the pipes in position and packing the joints and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as perstand ard specification.

Stone dust filling including cost and conveyance of Stone dust to work site including labour charges for filling in layers as specified by the departmental officers including watering with all leads for water including labour charges for compacting, tamping, ramming under optimum moisture content to obtain the maximum density and all other incidental charges etc.complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from Streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of category B' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-convex reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflections of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH CIRCULAR No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11-6-97 and the length, height ad width of the body shall not be less than100mm 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mmm. The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accaordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methy methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788/. The area of each retro-reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0sqm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degress to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specififed in table 2 of said MORTH&H circular and two cylindrical ploymer shanks of not less than 20mmdiameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.
