Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5000 mm pole with Double Arm Monalpole made of circular mild steel pipe (grade YST 210) 88.9mm Dia x 2.9mm thick with 4623mm Height. The double arm bracket is a split constructed type, Bracket stem made of MS pipe 76.1mm Dia x 2.6mm thick, emerging from a forged ring upto a height 290mm covered at the top with MS sheet of 3mm thick. The angular projecting double arm made of MS Pipe 38.1mm x 2mm thick extending from stem on either that facilitate the fitment of luminaire at 600mm on either side from the vertical axis of the bracket stem. Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding processes. PDC aluminium service door 348mm height x 80mm width shall be provided with the company logo embossed on the bottom of the door and safety rope. The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 6A SP MCB and 32A Ramanuj stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 250mm Square x 12mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 38 x 19 to suit M16 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at CC 180. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. The pole is coated with zinc rich primer & pure polyester powder coating or epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint (coating thickness 60-80 microns). The Pole shall be provided with Graphite grey / Anthracite grey / Black.(Make:K Lite/Equivalent)

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 9000mm Congo Double Arm pole made of circular mild steel pipe of two section (grade YST 210) Bottom section 139.7mm Dia x 3.6mm thick with 3000mm Height & Top section 114.3mm Dia x 3.2mm thick with 4684mm Height. The double arm bracket is a split constructed type, Bracket stem made of MS pipe 76.1mm Dia x 2.6mm thick, emerging from a forged ring upto a height of 750mm sealed at top with a decorative gravity diecast aluminium flower bud design (111mm Dia x 202mm Height). The angularly projecting double arm made of MS pipe 60.3mm Dia x 2.6mm thick extending from stem on either sides, spruced up with MS sheet between the stem and arm and facilitates the fitment of street light luminaire at 1100mm on either sides from the vertical axis of the bracket stem. After fabrication,the pole should be processed using shot blasting equipment to achieve the best smooth finish on its surface. The manufacturer should have an in-house shot blast facility to prevent having to reprocess the blasting work due to delay that could affect the bond between the blasted surface of the pole and protective coating. The pole is coated with zinc rich primer & pure polyester powder coating (coating thickness 60- 80 microns).
