The bidder should have sufficient tools and plant to complete this work. The value of the proposed contract is Rs.418.80 Lakhs, and the bidder should have achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of this value. The bidder should also have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years.
