Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 for grading-III Material

Picking the existing BT surface as directed by the departmental officers and levelling the surface including all labour charges for pickig and all other tools and plants employed for the work and including all machinary charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications MORTH Vth Revision 111, 112, 202.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam of required thickness, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using Pressure distributor as per clause 502- over WMM as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No.111, 112, 502, 900.

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surfaces treated with primer as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No.111, 112, 503, 900.

DBM (Grade-II) 65mm Thick Using VG30 Providing, laying 65mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm of 50mm thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 65mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

BC 30mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm of 40mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Road-A

Providing compaction for making up of low berms using the available box cut earth including all hire and fuel charges for power roller for compaction, water sprinkler, including all labour charges for laying, spreading, watering etc., complete and as directed by the departmental engineers.
