Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surfaces treated with primer as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No.111, 112, 503, 900.

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Forming and raising the berms / formation of embankment with carted earth having CBR not less than 8 with a lead of 30 km from the available source to work site including cost of earth conveyance charges and filling levelling to the lines, grades and cross sections, compaction by approved means complying with standard specification as shown in the drawings or as indicated by the engineer (for raising berms) MORT&H Vth Rev. 111, 112, 201, 301, 305 and 900 (for raising berms)

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete design mix M25 grade using 20mm & 12 mm ISS size HBG graded metal with M-Sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including cost and labour charges for formwork and centering, labour charges, compacting, finishing and curing including all incidental charges etc., complete - MORTH Vth Rev., 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700, 2200, 2300 & 900 for Box culvert

Vibrated Cement Concrete M 20 grade mix using 40mm ISS size hard broken granite metal, using M-Sand including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite including cost of cement including cost and labour charges for formwork and centering mixing the concrete, transporting, laying, vibrating, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, working in all height including hire, running and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed and in accordance with standard specification for - Wing wall and Parapat wall as per MORTH Vth Rev., 1000, 1500, 1700, 2100 & 900

Supply and fabrication of (HYSD) Steel Grade as per Steel Schedule required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule of drawings including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the bars straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, positioning and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification. - MORTH Vth Rev., 1000, 1500, 1600 & 900

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to worksite, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - using Grading V Material. as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No.111, 112, 401, 900.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to worksite, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - using Grading III Material. as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No.111, 112, 401, 900.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base / Basecourse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5
