Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67: 2012 and ASTM D 4956 –09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Marker that are made of tough, high impact resistant, injection molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability. The dimension of Flexible Median Marker should not exceed 18.4 cm in height(including shank height),12.5 Cm in width. ,0.65 cm in thickness and shank depth shall be 3.4 cm The body structure shall be rounded at all its corners and edges. The plastic used for molding the Flexible Median Marker should survive impact load of 5kg continuously for 750 times at room temperature. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have flame like shaped body with, fluorescent yellow color retro reflective sheeting of size not less than 90 Cm square, with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-09 type XI specifications electivity values. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be one or both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc., The Flexible Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting as recommended by manufacturer.

Providing and fixing of Digitally Printed Retro Reflectorized Sign Board using UV Inkjet Printer made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting of Type-XI standards of IRC 67-2012 and ASTM D 4956 – 09 specification, Digitally Printed using UV Inkjet Printer (UVIJ) for traffic colour, images/ logos/ text and laminated with clear electro cuttable film and applied to properly prepared sign substrates, fixed over 2mm Aluminium sheet with back supporting frame of 50x50x6mm Mild Steel ‘L’ angle and supported on a 150NB (Nominal Bore) pipe with 4.50mm thick with an overall height from top of the board to foundation. The sign board should be of 2.10m clear height from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 1.10m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete of size 450x450x1100mm including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge etc., complete. The Micro prismatic sheeting should have minimum 70% co-efficient of Retro-reflection values as per table 6.90 of IRC 67-2012. The retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 Years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of 3 years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed images/ logos/ test/ legends and their bonding to the retro-reflective sheeting (as per MoRT&H specification no.801) of Size – 3.64m x 2.42

Providing and fixing of Digitally Printed Retro Reflectorized Overhead Gantry Informatory sign Board made of cube corner Micro Prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of IRC67 - 2012 and ASTMD4956 – 09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet fixed on back supporting frame mild steel L angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm. The Vertical support post for the installation of overhead sign Gantry shall be made of 300NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 12mm thick with a ground clearance of 6 meters along with 80NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 4mm thick and 40NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 3.20mm thick support posts. MS Base plate of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 25mm and MS Top plate of size 900mm x 1650mm x 16mm to be used to hold the sign board at the top and bottom respectively. MS Stiffener plates 8mm thick of sizes 420x420, 682x420, 288x288, 288x927 & 44x130 are to be used. Anchor bolts of dimension 25mm dia and 1000mm length are to be used as fixtures. The approved direction information should be digitally printed and should have 70% of the co-efficient of Retro-reflection values against the values as mentioned in Table 6.9 of IRC67 – 2012.The Latex printer used for digital printing should use inks with low VOC emissions and have green guard, eco logo certificates as per UL 2801 standards.
