The bidder should have prior work experience in Civil Engineering works. They should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.162.00 Lakhs, over the last five years. Additionally, they should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is also Rs.162.00 Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The experience in similar nature of work should include the completion of minimum quantities of works, such as: - GSB: 730.00 Cum - WMM: 825.00 Cum - BM/DBM: 560.00 Cum - BC: 290.00 Cum The value of similar works completed should be at least 40% of the proposed contract value in any one year within the last five years, with a minimum value of Rs.162.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed works with a value that allows them to meet the estimated cost of the works, which is Rs.404.50 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed this work as a prime contractor, and not as a sub-contractor. Tenders from contractors in joint venture arrangements will not be considered.
