Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67: 2012 and ASTM D 4956 –09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012 . Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Marker that are made of tough, high impact resistant, injection molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability. The dimension of Flexible Median Marker should not exceed 18.4 cm in height(including shank height),12.5 Cm in width.,0.65 cm in thickness and shank depth shall be 3.4cm The body structure shall be rounded at all its orners and edges. The plastic used for molding the Flexible Median Marker should survive impact load of5kg continuously for 750 times at room temperature. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have flame like shaped body with, fluorescent yellow color retroreflective sheeting of size not less than 90 Cm square, with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-09 type XI specifications reflectivity values. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be one or both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage ,etc., The Flexible Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting as recommended by manufacturer.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted at alternatively black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 etc., complete (as per MoRT&H specification No. 806)

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body, solar powered, LED self- illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable o providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The product shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to MORTH and ASTM D4280 Type H. The product should be resistant to water ingress according to IP 65 standards with IS 12063: 1987 Category 2 and should withstand temperatures in the range of -7 C to 70 C. Flashing rate and color of lighting is to be provided as per requirement. There should be minimum current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes in sleep-charging mode to enhance product life and single charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. Warranty Certificate and test reports confirming to compressive strength as per MORTH circular shall be obtained from the manufacturer and submitted to the engineer-in-charge. Two Years Warranty Certificate for Solar RPM for the Quantity installed and a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to water ingress shall be obtained from the Manufacturer by the contractor and submitted to the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Digitally Printed Retro Reflectorized Overhead Gantry Informatory sign Board made of cube corner Micro Prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of IRC67 - 2012 and ASTMD4956 – 09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet fixed on back supporting frame mild steel L angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm. The Vertical support post for the installation of overhead sign Gantry shall be made of 300NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 12mm thick with a ground clearance of 6 meters along with 80NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 4mm thick and 40NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 3.20mm thick support posts. MS Base plate of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 25mm and MS Top plate of size 900mm x 1650mm x 16mm to be used to hold the sign board at the top and bottom respectively. MS Stiffener plates 8mm thick of sizes 420x420, 682x420, 288x288, 288x927 & 44x130 are to be used. Anchor bolts of dimension 25mm dia and 1000mm length are to be used as fixtures. The approved direction information should be digitally printed and should have 70% of the co-efficient of Retro-reflection values against the values as mentioned in Table 6.9 of IRC67 – 2012. The Latex printer used for digital printing should use inks with low VOC emissions and have green guard, eco logo certificates as per UL 2801 standards. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years Outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012 (As per MoRT&H specification No.801).Cantilever sign shall be installed at the site as per the approved structural and foundation drawing provided in the tender document and including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge etc., complete. of size 12.00 m X 1.8 m
