Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density and complete as per clause 401 in accordance with standard specifications for grading-V as per MORTH Vth Rev., 111, 112, 401 & 900.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 406 and in accordance with standard specifications as per MORTH Vth Rev., 111, 112, 406 & 900

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 and in accordance with standard specifications as per MORTH Vth Rev., 111, 112, 501, 502 & 900

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 and in accordance with standard specifications as per MORTH Vth Rev., 111, 112, 501, 503 & 900

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam which work shall consist of construction, using crushed aggregates, (Table 500-10) premixed with VG 30 Grade Bitumen at the rate of minimum 4.50% by weight of the total mix confirming to the aggregates and binder as per the job mix formula in the hot mix plant, transporting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeld and vibratory roller in accordance with the requirements of the specification and in confirmity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer for DBM (Grade-II ) as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 501, 505 & 900

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG30) at percentage specified by job mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 501-6, 501-7 & 507 and complete in all respects and in accordance with standard specifications MORTH Vth Rev. 111, 112, 507 & 900 Grading -II

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from Streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of category B' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-convex reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflections of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH CIRCULAR No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11-6-97 and the length, height ad width of the body shall not be less than100mm 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mmm. The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accaordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methy methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788/. The area of each retro-reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0sqm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degress to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specififed in table 2 of said MORTH&H circular and two cylindrical ploymer shanks of not less than 20mmdiameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.
