The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro-reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORT&H circular and two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.
