Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406) as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 406 & 900.

Prime Coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502) - over WMM/ WBM as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 900 & 502.

Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surfaces treated with primer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 503 & 900.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (50-75mm) (Table - 500-10) (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade 30) at percentage specified by JMF by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.505) Grading II as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 505 & 900.

Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade-30) at percentage specified by Job Mix Formula of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) - Grading II as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 507 & 900.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete (as per MORT&H specification No.803)

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate /methyl methecrylate /ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and refelective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values confromimg to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also conform to the MORTH circular No. RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dated 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc., complete. (Road Stud with Lens Reflector)

Supplying and installation of Delineators (Roadway, indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted at alternatively Black and White in 15 Cm. wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed in to the ground and conforming to IRC 79 etc. complete (as per MORT & H specification No.806).

Providing and Erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Hazard Marker Traffic Sign made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC 67: 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75mmx75mmx6mm and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of propoerly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro Reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The rectro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012. (as per MORT&H Specification No.801) - (for 30cm x 90cm rectangular)

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body, solar powered, LED self-illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The product shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to MORTH and ASTM D 4280 Type H. The product should be resistant to water ingress according to IP 65 standards with IS 65 standards with IS 12063:1987 Category 2 and should withstand temperatures in the range of 7 C to 70 C. Flashing rate and color of lighting is to be provided as per requirement. There should be minimum current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes in sleep-charging mode to enhance product life and single charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. Warranty Certificate and test reports confirming to compressive strength as per MORTH circular shall be obtained from the manufacturer and submitted to the engineer-in-charge. Two Years Warranty Ceritificate for Solar RPM for the quantity installed and a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to water ingress shall be obtained from the Manufacturer by the contractor and submitted to the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory signs (with definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67; 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixing over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75mmx75mmx6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro-Reflectro sheet consist of minimum conefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012. (as per MORT&H Specification No.801) (60cm x 45cm erectangular board)
