The approved direction information should be digitally printed and should have 70% of the co-efficient of Retro-reflection values against the values as mentioned in Table 6.9 of IRC67 – 2012. The Latex printer used for digital printing should use inks with low VOC emissions and have green guard, eco logo certificates as per UL 2801 standards. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years Outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012 (As per MoRT&H specification No.801).Cantilever sign shall be installed at the site as per the approved structural and foundation drawing provided in the tender document and including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge etc., complete.
