Providing laying, Spreading and compacting Graded Stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material (0.396 CUM of 45-22.4mm Metal, 0.528 CUM of 22.4- 2.36mm Metal, 0.396 CUM of 2.36 mm Size & below) with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix Plant Carriage and transporting the mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406 of MoRT & H Specifications.(COMPACTION BY VIBRO MAX ROLLER IS A MUST)

Supplying and placing of Ready Mix M20 Graded of Concrete confirming to IS 456/2000 for Reinforcement Cement Concrete Structural elements under controlled water cement ratio using 20mm and down graded machine broken granite stone jelly including transportation , pumping and Vibration charges excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement but including curing, finishing etc as directed by departmental officers

Providing Prime Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (slow setting) of 7Kg/10 m2 over Wet Mix Macadam etc., Complete as per clause 502 of MORT & H specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadamusing 0.20 Cu.m of 26.50 to 13.20 metal, 0.43 Cu.m of 13.20 to 2.36 mm and 0.08 Cu.m of 2.36 mm and below size IRC metal with 37 kgs of VG30 (60/70 grade) bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying themix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8- 10 tonne Vibratory Roller to therequired density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP withbitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher, vibratory roller and allother tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause504 of MORTH Rev-5

cold Milling of existing asphalt pavement to a required depth and the milled surface to be cleaned.

Providing tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( Rapid setting - 1 ) of 3.0 kg./10 sq.m. over Concrete surface / WBM Surface etc., Complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm thick using 19 – 9.50mm metal, 9.5-2.36mm Metal, 2.36mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and Quarry Dust with 37.73kg of VG30 (60/70grade) bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying themix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8- 10 tone vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc. m including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause507 of MORTH Rev-5.
