White washing one coat over a new plastered surface..

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years..

Supplying and erecting in position LIGHT DUTY STEEL TRUSSES as per the drawing. The materials and design of the trusses should confirm to the relevant Indian Standard specification.
