RING MAIN UNIT: Erection, testing, commissioning of 11kV, 630 A, 26.3kA Outdoor Ring Main Unit Panel with 2 LBS Incomer and 1 VCB Outgoing and necessary 11 KV VCB panel at Consumer side.as per technical specification.

MAIN MV LT PANELS- Supply of floor mounting cubicle type LT switch board fabricated out of 14/ 16 Swg CRCA and powder coated to Siemens gray shade. The panel will be equipped with following. EB Incomer : 1Nos - 1000A, 4P, 50kA MDO ACB with Micro processor based releases DG INCOMER: 1Nos - 1000A, 4P, 50kA MDO ACB with Micro processor based releases BUS BAR: 630 A 50kA Aluminium Busbar of color coded non-mettallic matt finish paint and SMC Bus bar supports. OUTGOING: 2 Nos - 400A TP, 36KA MCCB with Thermal magnetic release. 2 Nos - 250A TP, 36KA MCCB with Thermal magnetic release.3 Nos - 125A TP, 25KA MCCB with Thermal magnetic release. 2 No. Class 1.0, 72Sq.mm Digital Multi Function Meter with Rs.485 port. iii) RYB Indicating Lamps of LED Clustered type and Control MCB's shall be provided as per technical specification.

FENCING & EARTHING: Supply of Fencing to a height of 1.8mtrs above ground level and a retaining brick wall all round the height of 1 feet above ground leveling supply of GI verticle members of 75x 40 x 6mm MS channels at 1.5mtrs interval and tie angle at top with 25 x 25 x 6mm MS angle with frame and three inches wire mesh coated with aluminium paint and fence earth as per technical specification.

Supply & fixing of First aid box containing full compliment of medicines, ointments & bandages etc., 4. Supply & fixing of 5kg dry powder type fire extinguisher or equivalent approved make with ISI mark including necessary fixing brackets. 5. Supply & Fixing of A2 size colored As fitted Single line drawing duly laminated / framed in Utility electrical room. 6. Supply & Installation of cast iron HT/LT cable route markers with necessary angle iron supports & civil works. 7. Supply of Hand gloves tested for 15KV with ISI mark. 8. 4sets of Fire bucket filled with sand mounted on stand. 9. 11KV Reflector Danger Board. 10. 433V Reflector Danger Board. Etc, as per technical specification.

Satuatory approval; Liasioning with The Chief Electrical Inspector to Government of Tamilnadu for preparation & submission of drawings and documents etc., obtaining approval for drawing & Safety Certificate. The cost shall Including submission of handing over document with As built, as per technical specification.

Annual Maintenanace for the Substation for 1st year after Guarantee period as per specification.
