Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456- 2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Brick work with bricks (9"x4 3/8" x 2 3/4") second class chamber burnt G.M. in C.M.1:6 ( 1 cement and 6 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) including curing, etc.,Complete,for 23cm

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 P sand)12mm thick including curing, etc., complete.

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris,putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Supplying and fixing M.S.Grills for OSR Land/Parks compound wall of design using 25 x 10mm MS flats for outer frame Horizontally & vertically. The inner vertical grills shall be 10x 10mm square rods at the spacing of 96mm c/c. The inner horizontal grills shall be 25 x 10mm MS flats adjoining 10 x 10mm square rods both sides at the spacing of 290mm c/c. The horizontal anchoring to wall shall be 20 x 5mm. Providing band course work flat 10 to 12mm thick and 50mm deepwith cement mortar 1:3 (1cement and 3 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M- Sand)) including rendering smooth,curing, etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supplying and fixing of Frame fabrication with 1"x1" MS square tube with reflective and digital printing on 1mm GI sheets fitted with suitable aluminium beadings on four sides and painted etc., complete as per colour specifications instructed by Corporation officials.

Supplying 50mm size six lever type (brass) lock of superior make(Godrej or Tiger) with relevent ISI STD keys in duplicate.

Supplying and fixing barbed wire fencing over the proposed compound wall with 'Y' shape M.s.angles 50x50x6mm bent to shapeat 250cm c/c with 9 rows of barbed wire and also in a zigzag manner at 25cm c/c connecting all the rows with the barbed wire 2ply or other approved size including painting two coats over acoat of priming coat, drilling holes in M.S.angles part and fixing the part in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 of size15x15x45cm. The height of the angle part above the wall 1.6metc., complete as directed during execution.
