Providing and applying of CPCC Protective Coating (Cement - polymer Composite Coating ) at site to reinforcing steel comprising removal of rust by sand blasting of steel, application of CPCC Primer and CPCC sealing coat complete as per standard specification of Central Electro chemical Research Institute and technical specifications mentioned in 1600, 111 and 112 of MORTH.The application shall be done by authorized licensee of CECRI and as per the dircetions of Engineer- in-charge for all reinforcement involved in the RCC works including all materials, Labour, tools and tackles etc complete and as directed by Engineer.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density for Grading – III material (Bottom Layer if thickness more than 300 mm).
