Providing and laying two courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg per square metre of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (hessian based self finished bitumen felt)including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete with : Bitumen felt (hessian base) type 3 grade I conforming to IS : 1322

Servicing and repairing of rolling shutters including removing and refixing of top cover adjusting dislocated laths and levelling the shaft if any, cleaning the springs side guides with kerosone oil tightening/loosening the spring applying grease (luberox cup grease II or equivalent) on spring, side guiders and making the shutter for easy pull and push operation etc.,complete.

Removing damaged APP water proofing membrane by scrapping using butane torch/scrapper and preparing the surface complete including necessary repairs to scartches.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm.Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N.Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147.The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Providing and applying tar plastic including cleaning the existing surface free of dust and other foreign matters alround the J-bolts points over the AC/GI sheet roofing for complete water proofing as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and replacing 6 mm thick corrugated AC sheets in roofing including dismantling broken AC sheet upto any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia GI plain and bitumen washers etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses) including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including scaffoliding and racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. weld mesh of size (25 x 25 x3.15 ) mm to windows and clerestory windows /top ventilators to any size using L angle beading of size (25 x 25 x5) mm including scaffolding at any height to any surface etc., all complete as approved by Engineer - in - charge.

Mural Painting work in wall surface (including paint materials,scaffolding and Labour) as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
