Formation of Under Layer for rubble mound Breakwater with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from 450kg to1250kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 1.5 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is inclusive of placing sectioning and finishing with necessary equipments and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) ladden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 1.5 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Providing concrete Tetra pod weighing 8T in plain cement concrete M35 grade including, casting, finishing and curing, transporting placing in position as per approved design and slope over a Armour layer of rubble mounded Break water.complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per the drawings and specifications and as per the condition laids in special conditions.

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of roadway and side drains in accordance with the specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections as indicated by the Engineer, as per MORTH Specification.

Providing Wet Mix Macadam, 300mm thickness (Table 400-13) including laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per wet mix macadam specification and premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 7.00 kg/10sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORTH Specification over WMM as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 2.50kg/10sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MORTH Specification- over the primed granular surfaces treated with primer as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm and below size IRC metal with 37kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper truks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory/pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cm of 2.36mm and below and with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30tonne capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grade sand cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne vibratory/pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges sand fuel charges for 20-30tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/pneumatic roller sand all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH -Rev-5 as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and FILLING GRAVEL Supplying and filling in 'foundation and basement with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.
