Formation of Secondary/Toe Berm Layer for rubble mound Groyne with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from 1000 Kg to 2000 Kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 :2 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is inclusive of placing sectioning and finishing with necessary equipments and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) ladden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 2 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Providing concrete Tetra pod weighing 8T in plain cement concrete M35 grade including, casting, finishing and curing, transporting placing in position as per approved design and slope over a under layer of rubble mounded Groyne complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per the drawings and specifications and as per the condition laids in special conditions.

Supplying factory fusion bonded epoxy coated with minimum 175 microns thickness H.Y.S.D. steel ( Cold, Twisted ) reinforcement for R.C.C work including cost and conveyance from point of purchase to reputed company and to site after coated straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing wearing coat in plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 150m thick

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Foundation and basement

Ground Floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and Filling with conveyed earth in layers not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc., completed per standard spectification

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Solar reflecting ceramic tiles of size 305x305x7mm thick of approved quality in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) (12mm thick)and mixed with for 10M2 4.00 kg Epoxy packing compound to ISS including curing etc as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Finishing the top of the roof with plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 using 10 to 12mm ISS guage hard broken granite stone including finishing the top smooth and forming thread lining and curing as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and FILLING GRAVEL Supplying and filling in 'foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing Bitumen Pad 15m thick pad of approved quality for expansion joint as directed by departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 15A aerial fuse unit (500A) on suitable 100x100mm TW concealed box with hylem sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps and as directed by the departmental engineers(SD 128)

Supply and run of 2 of 6sq.mm. (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V on7/20GI bearer wire for service connection mains and as directed by the departmental engineers(SD 66)

Supply and fixingof TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A eutral link and earthlink (1"x1/8"copperflat) on TW plank of size 375mmx300mmx19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit and as directed by the departmental engineers (SD 125)

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2metre Class'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work and as directed by the departmental engineers(SD 234)

Supply and fixing of 32A DP switch of 500V with metal clad with fuse and neutral(sidehandle) on suitable TW board with earth connection only and as directed by the departmental engineers(SD 144)

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A FT switch in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light / fanpoint (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) and as directed by the departmental engineers (SD 22)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting and as directed by the departmental engineers (SD 88)

Supply and run of 2of4sq.mm.(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWGTC wire with painting of suitable colour and as directed by the departmental engineers (SD 56)

Supply & Erecton of 30 Mtr High Mast and LED Fittngs(As per Quotation).
