Providing Armour of rubble mounded break water with Hard blue Granite Stones weighing upto 2.50T including Quarrying, loading at quarry, conveying in contractors transport by tippers including pre weighing & post weighing for the purpose of measurement and dumping into the sea with required width and side slopes with necessary equipment and devices as per the drawings & specification etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing concrete Tetra pod weighing 6Ton (2.50m3) in plain cement concrete M35 grade including, casting, finishing and curing, transporting placing in position as per approved design and slope over a Armour layer of rubble mounded Break water with etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per the drawings and specifications and as per the condition laids in special conditions.

Retrieval of Tetra pod weighing 4Ton (1.67m3) in plain cement concrete M35 grade which has to be removed temporarily for the extension of Training Wall & Placed again in the same position after completion of Extension work as per approved design and slope over a Armour layer of rubble mounded Training Wall with etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per the drawings and specifications and as per the condition laids in special conditions.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dredging in front of quay and in the entire harbour basin, entrance channel/inlet from creek to sea from existing levels to specified levels and slopes in the area marked in the drawing in all types of soils, pebbles, soft rock etc. dredgable by suction cutter/ grab/ backhoe or any other suitable method, carrying/ transporting in hopper barges/pipelines and disposing by depositing either in the marked reclamation area and/ or in the dumping area located at an average distance of 1km to2 Kms as per the directions and to the complete satisfaction of EIC including all charges of mobilisation, demobilisation of machineries/equipments,men, materials etc. complete with all lead and lift including taking soundings and ploting and producing department both in hard and soft copys and if any archelogical substance / materials found during dredging should be handed over department.

Providing Pre-Cast cement concrete Blocks of different sizes in cement concrete of mix M30 using 20mm HBG and graded downward and laying them in position for the block walls of quay as directed using suitable frame including cost of materials, Mould, form work mixing, laying, completing, fishing , curing, lifting arrangements handling transporting and placing with the help of suitable crane or any other divice whenever required and other acessories and appliances etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Handling, Transporting and Placing of Precast Blocks of various sizes in position as specified in the drawing and as directed including all labour for operation, tools, tackles, plants and equipments, fuel etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and placing insitu design mix reinforcement cement concrete of M30 (M.Thirty only) by weight basis using ordinary port land cement (OPC) 43 grade confirming to IS 8112 and as per table 5 of BIS-456-2000 with minimum cement concrete of 380 Kg/M3 (Three hundred and Eighty kilogram) and graded course aggregate using 20mm and 12mm gauge HBG stone jelly in the ratio of 70:30 (Seventy part of 20mm and thirty part of 12mm stone jelly) with maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 and using Superplasticizer 250 ml per 50Kg of cement but the rate excluding cost of steel reinforcement and form work etc. complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost and conveyance of all ingradient materials labour charges for weighing batching mixing laying tamping, vibrating finishing, curing and conducting sample standard cube test to ascertain compressive strength of concrete and including hire charges.

Supplying factory fusion bonded epoxy coated with minimum 175 microns thickness H.Y.S.D. steel ( Cold, Twisted ) reinforcement for R.C.C work including cost and conveyance from point of purchase to reputed company and to site after coated straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design etc., complete as per specifications.

Centering &Shuttering for soffits and side including supports and strutting upto 3 M height for plain surface on latural being using MS Sheets of size 90x60 cm and MS 10’gauge stiffend with weld mesh steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver etc. (or) country wood joint and using casurina props 10 to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm c/c etc.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3(One cement,one and half sand and three stone jelley) using 12mm HBG metal for wearing coat 100mm . thick with water proof compound.including cost and conveyance of all materials to site excluding centering strutting but including laying curing etc., complete.

Formation of Embankment with gravel with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement etc., complete as per specifications which includes of cost and conveyance of gravel watering charges & campacion by vibratory roller

Supplying and Fixing in position cast iron bollard of 10 T Bollard Pull of 0.30m dia and 0.50m height using M.S rings (or) sheet of thickness 8mm including filling with M25 Plain cement Concrete using 20mm Jelly as directed by departmental Officers

Supplying and fixing in position Rubber tyrefenders ( 90cm dia) with necessary, chain, hooks, bolt and nuts as directed by departmental Officers .

Supplying and fixing in position galvanised mild steel 25mm dia fender embeded hooks in concrete deck all complete as per drawings, specifications directions including all labour, material and equipment etc Complete.

Supplying and fixing of GI mooring ring with hook & eye 20mm gauge galvanized M.S. rods fixed at regular interval as with suitable bolts and nuts as specified in drawing including labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Earth work open Excavation in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with lead of 0 to 900 metre deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., complete
