The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Project Manager: 15-20 years of experience in erosion retaining structures, dome/shell and museum building structures, with expertise in Museum, exhibition, and gallery projects. They must have handled projects worth at least 50 crores in the last 3 years and have experience in unique landmark projects. * Site Engineer (Civil Engineering): 4 years for degree holders or 6 years for diploma holders, with 2 years of experience in similar works for degree holders or 4 years for diploma holders. * Site Engineer (Electrical Engineering): 4 years for degree holders or 6 years for diploma holders, with 2 years of experience in similar works for degree holders or 4 years for diploma holders. * Environment, Social, Health, and Safety Engineer: 2 years of experience, with 1 year of experience in similar works. * Technician: 3 years for diploma holders or 5 years for intermediates (10+2), with 2 years of experience in similar works for diploma holders or 4 years for intermediates (10+2). * Jr Er Civil (Survey): 10 years of experience, with 6 years of experience in similar works. * Sr Er Civil (Quality): 10 years of experience, with 6 years of experience in similar works. * Sr Er Civil: 10 years of experience, with 6 years of experience in similar works. * Er Mechanical: 10 years of experience, with 5 years of experience in similar works. * Er Plumbing: 10 years of experience, with 5 years of experience in similar works. The bidder must have experience in managing ES aspects and has completed contracts with similar characteristics. The bidder must provide information on the total contract amount, quantity performed under the contract, and percentage participation in the contract. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully and substantially completing similar works as a prime contractor, joint venture member, or specialized subcontractor, with specific requirements including: - Completion of at least one contract with a value of at least INR 23 Crore, - Or completion of at least two contracts with a value of at least INR 15 Crores each, - Or completion of at least three contracts with a value of at least INR 12 Crores each. The bidder must meet the requirement for 25% value for joint ventures, and 50% value for joint ventures, and must meet the requirement for 100% value for single entities. The works should be preferably in coastal areas and completed between 1st January 2019 and the bid submission deadline.
