Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except heard rock / kankar not requiriang blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION OF ABUTMENTS, PIERS AND WINGS.

Blasting and removing the hard rock measured in solid in the foundation and removing the blasted stones and stacking the same for pre-measurement at site including the all other labour and incidental charges including the cost of the blasting materials and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per standard specifications for FOUNDATION OF ABUTMENTS, PIERS AND WINGS WALLS

Vibrated Cement Concrete of Grade, Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One part of Cement four part of M-sand eight part of aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification. Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Supplying and errecting centering for Sides and Soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto3.29mt height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia supported at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc complete Complying with standard Specification without Strutting.( TNSS NO or NBC No 30(S) 86 86 A V, VI(S3)VII

Providing and laying U/S Gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of U/S gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH
