Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers Items 1.5m to 4.5m Below G.L.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per KiloGram.

Frabrication, Supply, Delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x6mm MS Angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint for providing access to roof top of 30,000 litres capacity OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and Half sand Three aggregates) Using 20 mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 45cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post 10cm x 15cm and steps slab of 25mm x 25mm etc., complete and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Providing Cut stone slab in CM 1:3 and as directed by TWAD Board Officers

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x .060M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50 x 50 x 6mm MS Angle fixed along edges and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Painting Name Board on the SR with enamel paint as per Standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge
