The bidder should have experience in any one of the components involved in the scope of work, gained during the last 7 years prior to the bid submission date. The bidder or JV Consortium should have satisfactorily completed at least one of the following: - One completed work of value more than INR 4597.00 Lakhs or above - Two completed work of value more than INR 4597.00 Lakhs or above Contracts performed should be equal to 50% of the quantity of the respective components. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 4597.00 Lakhs in each year in any one year during the last 5 years prior to the bid submission date. The bidder is required to have experience in works of a similar nature and size, and provide details of works under way or contractually committed, along with the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the qualifying period. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for the bidder alone, but for sub-contracting components, if the aggregate value is more than 20 percent of the Bid price, the qualification and experience of the identified sub-contractor should be provided. In case of a Joint Venture (JV), both partners should meet the qualification criteria, and any one of the partners should meet not less than 51% of this qualification criteria.
