The bidder should have prior work experience in the Civil Engineering construction field for at least the past five years. They should also have satisfactorily completed Civil Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a “single agreement” in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, the bidder should not have abandoned any work/works of similar nature and magnitude in the last five years, and none of their contracts should have been terminated due to breach of contract on their part during this period. The bidder should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. Furthermore, they should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender.
