The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least 5 years of experience in the Civil Engineering construction field. For specific designations, the experience requirements are: - For B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder, the bidder should have 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For Diploma holders in Civil Engineering, the bidder should have 2 years of experience (or) Four Retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should have completed BT or BT and CC Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in their own name/firm name in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The annual minimum financial turnover should be not less than 100% of the value put to tender in any one financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender.
