The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed BT (or) BT and CC road work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a government department/board/government undertaking. The bidder should not have abandoned any work/works of similar nature and magnitude in the last five years, and no contracts awarded to the bidder should have been terminated or rescinded due to breach of contract on the bidder's part during the last five years. The bidder should have prior work experience of at least 5 years in the field and should have satisfactorily completed BT road and CC road works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Technical personnel under regular employment of the applicant should have specific qualifications and experience, such as a B.E. in Civil (or) equivalent degree holder with 5 years of experience, or not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officers (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer), or diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience, or four retired Junior Engineers. The value put to tender is estimated at Rs. 216.00 Lakhs, and the bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender. The percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the value put to tender, and the amount is not less than 50% of Rs. 216.00 Lakhs.
