Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - A) 1.5m to 4.5m below G.L.

Supplying and errecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surface such as RCC Slab, Rectangular Beams, Tee (or) ELL Beams, Lintel Bed Block, Slbs, Landing Slabs, Beams Canopy, Side Slab (or) Square (or) Round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross branchings using M.S. Sheets of size 80cm x 60cm and B.G. 10 stiffended with welded M.S. Angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joints of 10cm to 30cm to dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by departmental officers etc., complete. Supply and fabrication and placing in position of TMT steel rods to required size and length as directed by the departmental officers including cost of binding wire, cutting, bending and tying with proper position etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6) VII-3,

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x60mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint for providing access to roof top 30,000 Lit capacity OHT of suitable inclined length including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by departmental Officers.

Providing and fixing of Reinforced Cement Concrete inner access Ladder in Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half Sand and three aggregate) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing gril in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 45cmm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10cm x 15cm and step slab 25mmx25mm etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Lowering PVC rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with the standard specification for filling in Pipe Line Trenches

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60x0.60m in Reinforcement concrete 1:11.5:3 (One cement one and half and three metal) with suitable reinforcement 50x50x6mm MS angles fixed along-edges as as directed by departmental officers.
