Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots incluidng necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all corss bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angel of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm for boareding laid over sivler oak joists (Country wood) of size 10 x6 cm spaced @ about 90 cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers - for RCC Works

Supplying and Fabrication and placing mild steel or ribbed Tor steel bars for all RCC works including cutting ,bending, cranking binding etc., including cost of binding wire, ms chains laps to fix the reinforcement in all position all labours and materials etc., complete complying with standard specification .

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five Sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of MS Grill Gate & MS Grills for Compound Wall including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour chages and fabrication charges etc. complete as per Standard Specification.

Plastering in CM 1:4 mix (One part cement and four part Sand) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Scrapping the Existing Surface and Painting two coats with approved Emulsion Paint over one coat of priming coat over cement plastered exposed surface including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint two coats of approved colour for New Iron works including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., completed as per Standard Specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia- meter blue-gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3m height + 0.5m. in to the ground +0.5m projection) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m, and the spacing of posts being 2m, in both the rows with two horizantal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m, c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm, thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nails - 1m. B) 3.00 to 5.50 m

C) 5.50 to 8.00 m

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.
