Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5 :3 (One Cement, one and Half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 150 mm x 150 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Sand) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.TNBP No:special

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab in the propotion of brick jelly to lime being 32:121/2 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness , beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wetted by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification,etc.complete as directed by the departmental officers.TNBP No:44-I

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, etc.complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. - 10 m2 TNBP No:44-I

Supplying , fabricating and fixing in position of aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish with Half prelaminated particle board and Half glazed door using 5.50m thick plain glass .The door frameshall be anodised ajuminium box section of size 101.6x44.45x3.18mm at 2.319 Kg/m. The shutter frame shall be of aluminium anodised box type section of size 50X 44.45X 2.5mm @ 1.202 Kg/m for vertical styles and top rails. The Lock rails shall be using box type section of size 50X 44.45X 2.5mm @ 1.292 Kg/m and bottom rail shall bebox type section 100.40X 44.45X 2.5mm @ 1.974 Kg/m. The rate shall include the provision for necessary accessories such as pivot - 1No. aluminium clips, rubber beading ,PVC felt, locking arrangements, furniture fittings such as aluminium tower bolts - 250X12mm - 1No., aluminium tower bolt 200X12mm - 1No aluminium door stopper with rubber bush - 1No., 200mm long D type handle for both sides -2No., lock - 1No., Hydraulic Door closer of approved quality using aluminium extruded section body tubular type with double speed adjustment with ISI monogram - 1No. including cost of all materials, labour charges and power consumption charges

required for fabrication including chipping, dis making holes to the extent in RCC column / beam / masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing thedamaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc., complete. The bottom portion of shutter shall be panelled with 12mm thick best quality bith sides prelaminated. The top portion of the shutter shall be panelledwith 5.5mm thick plain glass and rubber beading for the half portion fixed in position with rubber beading and aluminium glazing clip of size 17.15 X 17.27 X 1.5 @ 0.176 Kg/m is using for fixing glass and prelaminated board with shutter. All aluminium sections are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specifications per IS 1868/1962 for anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns. All aluminium sections, 5.5mm thick plain glass and 12mm thick prelaminated board on both sides shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the work - Single Leaf.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish Sliding Window arrangements and shutter arrangements so as to drain the water entering and made with extruded aluminium section of following sizes with necessary accessories such as rubber beadings, best quality rubber lock, handle and fixing 4mm thick plain/frosted glass including cost of all materials, labour, power consumption required for fabrication drilling holes in RCC columns, floor, masonry wall wherever necssary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original condition after fixing etc., The aluminium frame is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thick of not more than 15m and the materials should be goot approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.
