Vibrated Plain Cement concrete in 1:2:4 (One part of cement, Two part of M sand Four part of ISS gauge HBG metal) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost of conveyance of metal from approved quarry at site including cost of cement and all labour watering including mixing dumpling and laying in layer of not more than 15 cm thick and tampering to consolidation curing and all other incidental any complying with standard specification etc., as per TNDSS NO. 28 V,VI S25

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying fabricating and placing to position MS or RTS rods including cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges for cutting bending, cranking, tying and lying in position etc., all complete as per standard specifications.

Dismantling, Clearing away from Plain cement concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Picking the existing BT surface 3 to 5 deep removal of picked up stuff to the side beams and using the useful metal to the road hand packing to camber sectioning, leveling, etc., complete and other tools and plants etc., complete as per 702 MORTH standard specification.

Providing and laying Well Gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of Well gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying WMM (Wet Mix Mecadam) of 250 mm compacted thickness in two layors of 125 mm thick or else as specified on the prepared sub base with graded stone aggregate and granular material of quality size and grading pasting in layor with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 80-100 KN static weight and fine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing equipments equipments safety measures testing and incidents necessary to complete the work as per MORT&H406

Providing and applying of Prime Tack coat using emulsion bitumen at the rate of 7 kg per 10m2 over the WET MIX MECADAM Surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it etc. complete.

Providing and applying of Tack coat using emulsion bitumen at the rate of 2.50kg per 10m2 over the Prime coated surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it etc. complete.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over existing B.T Surface using 2.00 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for prparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20mm,0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm& below and with 53.20kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all marerials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver tothe specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory /Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler,tippertrucks,paver Finisher /9m paver finisher,Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm 0.17 cum 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 45.27 kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm and 5.03kgs of Shredded plastic wast including cost and conveyance of all marerials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver tothe specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory /Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler,tippertrucks,paver Finisher /9m paver finisher,Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Supply and filling of well gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to work site and all labour charges for stacking them to departmental gauge at road sides for premeasurement by the departmental officers and spreading and compacting in layers as directed by the dept officers. As per clause 30 of MORTH Specification.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflective glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level uniform and free streaks and holes all complete as per technical specifications and as directed by the engineer in charge.
